This is “Bright Striped Rainbow Owl” created by MEE. The most of the image and the back ground were made with gel pens while the outline was made with a paint marker. The image is on 8.5’’ by 11’’ white cardstock. The image is signed on the front and has information about the work on the back of it. The last image is how it will look under a black light.
